Registering for an Account

Before you can register for an account you will need an account token; your Southern Textile sales representative can issue you one, if you do not have a sales representative contact our Director of Sales: Jeff Jones. After receiving the token you can continue on to the user registration section, which will guide you through the steps required for account registration.

Lost Passwords

Passwords are stored in an irreversible password hash id and can not be recalled. If you have lost your password or need to change it, you can use the account reset form to reset your account information. You will be required to enter the account token used to register your account to verify your identity.

Inactive Accounts and Unused Account Tokens

Accounts which have not shown user activity (such as having logged in, page views, etc.) over a sixty (60) day period are subject to termination. Account tokens which have not been used to register for an account in a fourteen (14) day period since their activation are subject to deactivation.

Sharing Site Information

Users who are caught sharing confidential information gathered from this site with others who do not have clearance to receive such information will be subject to account termination and may be subject to legal recourse. (If in such instance a user can prove that information was inadvertently shared at no fault of their own, they will be cleared of such charges.)

Sharing Account Information

Users who compromise their account passwords with others will be subject to account termination. As stated in the Terms of Use: You may not reveal your account information to anyone else. You may not use anyone else's password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your accounts and passwords. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your passwords or accounts or any other breach of security.
